1. What data we collect
- Registration data: username (nick), email address provided at registration.
- Technical data: IP address when connecting to the server, login and activity records.
- Contributions: for voluntary financial contributions, name and contact details to issue a confirmation.
2. Purpose of processing
- Operation and administration of the game server and forum.
- Security — detection and prevention of fraud, hacks and rule violations.
- Keeping records of voluntary contributions.
- Communication with users (password sending, answering questions).
3. To whom data is provided
Information about your personal data is not provided to third parties. Exceptions are:
- Criminal offense — data will be handed over to the relevant state authorities of the Czech Republic.
- Legal obligation based on a court decision or public authority.
4. Retention period
Personal data is retained for the duration of the game account existence and for the period required by applicable legal regulations for tax records of contributions.
5. Security
- Access to personal data is granted exclusively to the Owner, Admin and GM — and only to the extent necessary for their duties.
- Passwords are stored in hashed form. GM or Admin will never ask you for your password.
- IP addresses are logged for server security purposes.
6. Your rights
- Right of access — you have the right to find out what data we keep about you.
- Right to rectification — you have the right to request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you have the right to request deletion of your account.
- Right to portability — you have the right to obtain your data in a structured format.

7. Cookies
The website uses only technical cookies necessary for functionality (login, language preference). We do not use any third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics. Data is anonymized and does not allow identification of a specific person.
This section is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 101/2000 Coll.) and GDPR. Any distribution of data or information contained in personal data to third parties is prohibited.
